| Step 1 The Sales Engineer will assist with designing the gate system, selecting the proper equipment for your needs and advising you on the necessary items that are required by local codes and ordinances. You can pick from the numerous designs in our catalog or we can custom design the gate you want. He will then prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and the cost to complete the installation. Upon receiving a signed Sales Agreement or contract, the project is turned over to our Projects Department. |

| Step 2 Upon receiving your file, one of our Project Mangers will contact you. He will review your information and set an appointment for one of our Field Supervisors and the Sales Engineer to meet with you on site. They will review you proposal and go over our scope of work. They will also go over the requirements for any work being performed by others, and complete a detailed site survey, including field measurements. |

| Step 3 From this site survey, our Drafting Department will prepare the appropriate drawings for the proposed system. Whether they be Submittal drawings, permit plans or shop drawings. The system will be illustrated as detailed in the Sales Proposal. After reviewing the drawings with your Sales Engineer, you may approve them as submitted or return them for corrections or changes. They will be resubmitted again for your approval. |

| Step 4 Once the drawings are received back into the Projects Department, they will be distributed to all necessary departments. If needed, copies will be provided to other contractors working on the project to coordinate their work for the entry system. They can also be used for obtaining the necessary permits from the local building and planning departments. |

| Step 5 When your site is ready and the necessary work by others is completed, the Field Supervisor will revisit the site, recheck the site measurements and work by others and note any changes. After his inspection, he will make any last minute changes to the drawings and release them for fabrication. The Projects Department will then schedule the fabrication and set a date for the installation. |

| Step 6 Upon completion of the installation, the Field Supervisor will meet with you on site and go over the system operation, safety functions, system programming, manual operation, and maintenance requirements. |
